The Global Expression Report is a comprehensive report produced by ARTICLE 19 that uses data to monitor freedom of expression worldwide. The GxR index assesses the level of freedom individuals have to write, post content online, demonstrate, teach, access information and knowledge, share it openly, and hold those in positions of power accountable.
