The publication "Building Stronger Communities" provides a glimpse into the lives of a wide range of individuals who are working at the grassroots level in various fields. This includes activists, journalists, human rights defenders, open-source technologists, privacy and security advocates, and researchers, who come from more than 130 different countries.

The design requirements for the report included illustrations, infographics and data graphs.
